InterLibrary Loan

• Forlì Campus students, up to a maximum of 8 inter-library loans at the same time
• Forlì Campus exchange students, up to a maximum of 5 inter-library loans at the same time, for reference use in the Library
• Forlì Campus teachers and staff
• University of Bologna students with certified disabilities
• University of Bologna students, teachers and staff up to a maximum of 3 loans at the same time, provided the volumes are available at libraries within the Bologna network participating in the Local Interloan.

• you must be registered with the Library
• students must send a self-certification of enrolment for the current academic year to bibliotecaruffilli.interbib@unibo.it (for instructions, see the attachment at the bottom of this page)
• volume requests should be submitted using the online form

Delivery times depend on the supplying libraries.
The Library will inform you when the book arrives or if it is impossible to fulfil the request.

 You can request a loan extension by contacting the librarian in charge of the service, in person, by phone or by e-mail. The lending library will grant the extension.

You must not damage or mark documents on loan, and you must return them by the due date, failing which you may be required to reimburse the cost or be excluded from the service.

The Library guarantees the interlibrary loan service to libraries that request it. The loan period is 30 days and only one renewal is permitted. Shipments are made by registered mail.
Books belonging to the available special collections ("fondi librari")  may not be borrowed and taken home.

The service is provided on a reciprocal basis.
